At Untamed Borders we recommend applying for visas with a professional visa service who can guide you though the process and take care of lodging and collecting your passport with multiple embassies, so we have teamed up with The Visa Machine. They live and breathe visas and have the expertise to provide current and accurate information and arrange the correct visas for your trip, quickly and at a good price.

In many countries, without a visa you'll simply be turned away at the border or at check-in for your flight. The cheapest way to get a visa is to deal directly with the embassy of the country you need a visa for. However this can be a confusing and complicated process, with obscure questions on application forms, limited help from embassy officials, long waits while your passport is being processed and time consuming trips to embassies. The Visa Machine handle every aspect of your visa application, leaving you time to enjoy planning the rest of your trip.

For most visas (except eVisas) you will have to fill out application forms and post them to us along with your passport and any supporting documents required. But don’t worry, once you place an order with us you’ll have access to our application packs which include our detailed ‘How to Guides’. These will guide you through every section of the application form.

Our expert agents are also on hand to answer any questions you might have. You can get in touch with us by phone, email, or by using the online chat available on our website.

For most eVisas you simply have to log into your account, answer some questions about your trip, and upload a scan of your passport. Some eVisas also require a passport photo or supporting documents, such as your flights and itinerary, to be uploaded. You’ll also get an ‘Information Pack’ for all eVisas.

We can provide a form filling service for some visas, such as Russia, at an additional cost. If this option is available for the visa you need, it will pop up in the available options when you search for your visa.
