At Untamed Borders we recommend applying for visas with a professional visa service who can guide you though the process and take care of lodging and collecting your passport with multiple embassies, so we have teamed up with The Visa Machine. They live and breathe visas and have the expertise to provide current and accurate information and arrange the correct visas for your trip, quickly and at a good price.

In many countries, without a visa you'll simply be turned away at the border or at check-in for your flight. The cheapest way to get a visa is to deal directly with the embassy of the country you need a visa for. However this can be a confusing and complicated process, with obscure questions on application forms, limited help from embassy officials, long waits while your passport is being processed and time consuming trips to embassies. The Visa Machine handle every aspect of your visa application, leaving you time to enjoy planning the rest of your trip.

Some embassies require applications to be submitted in person as they collect biometric data, such as fingerprints, at the time of application. Sometimes they’ll also conduct a short ‘interview’ to ask you questions about your intended trip.

Due to this, the applicant must attend the embassy/application centre in person. The good news is, we can provide a form checking service. While we can’t guarantee that you’ll be granted a visa as this is entirely at the discretion of the visa officer, your chances of success are greatly increased.

Basically, you complete your own application forms, gather your supporting documents, and email us a copy of everything. We go through it with a fine-tooth comb and if we see any mistakes or think something is missing or incorrect, we will let you know.
Once we've checked your paperwork, you'll then need to visit the visa application centre/embassy to submit your application.
Please note, you'll have to pay the Embassy visa fees at the time of application. The Visa Machine will only charge admin fees for this service.
Once the visa is issued, you can either collect the passport in person or opt for having the passport posted to you. If it's the latter, you'll need to pay the postage fees at the time of application directly to the Embassy.
